Bleaching, abrasion-resistant matt parquet varnish for parquet and plank floors based on water-based polyurethane-acrylate with UV and tannin blocker.

This water-based, non-yellowing, elastic and sealing interior finish gives a ”natural wood colour aspect” to wooden floors that are not coloured, and a ”Colour Wash Effect” to darker woods. DevoNatural Finish Bleaching Matt can also be applied indoors to wooden doors, furniture, ceilings, etc. For wooden floors only apply to beveled parquet and traditional plank floors. The ”Colour Wash Effect” depends on the tannic acid content of the wood. Do not use on merbau!

• No unpleasant odour.

Special properties: bleaching, wear-resistant and elastic finish, which seals the parquet floor, gives a beautiful bleaching effect. The parquet varnish is almost invisible! Can also be applied indoors on wooden doors, furniture, ceilings and other porous surfaces.

Surface preparation: the surface must be clean, dry, dedusted and free of grease, floor polish and oil.

Product preparation: shake and stir well before use.

Application: minimum 2 to 3 layers, depending on the desired wear resistance.

Varnish/ lacquer roller or brush: 1st coat with brush, board by board and line up with the edge of the board, 2nd and 3rd coats with brush or roller. First at right angles to the grain and then with the grain. Work carefully in strips (max. 60 cm for small and 20 cm for large surfaces), with sufficient product, and let the strips flow into each other. Brush with soft brush to avoid streaking.

Airless: nozzle: 0.2 - 0.3; pressure: 80 - 120 bar.

Airless: nozzle: 1 - 2 mm; pressure: 2 - 3 bar.

Finish: after 5 to 6 hours, sand by machine or manually. First coat with 150-grit sanding pad. Between the 2nd and 3rd coat with 220-grit sanding pad.

Drying time: dust-dry after 2 to 3 hours.

Floodable: after 6 hours.

Complete curing time: 7 days.

Processing temperature: do not process at temperatures below 12°C.

Consumption: 10 - 14 m²/L per coat, 2 to 3 coats.

Tool cleaning: with water.

Maintenance: from 3 weeks after finishing: with DevoNatural Soft Cleaner and DevoNatural Polish. 

Shelf life: in well-closed packaging at least 1 year. Store frost-free.

Attention: before use, stir well and check the colour!
